Facial Implants

Sometimes, it’s the little details that make the biggest difference. If your cheeks feel too flat, your chin seems a bit small, or your jawline isn’t as defined as you’d like, facial implants can bring harmony and structure to your features in a natural-looking way.

What are facial implants?

Facial implants are specially designed to enhance the shape and proportions of your face. Depending on your needs, they can add volume, definition, or balance to specific areas:

  • Cheek implants – restore fullness and contour for a youthful, lifted look

  • Chin implants – strengthen a small or recessed chin, improving balance in your profile

  • Jaw implants – create a sharper, more structured jawline

  • Temporal implants – create a more youthful and harmonious facial profile

The procedure at a glance:

  • Length of surgery: 1–2 hours

  • Anaesthesia: General anaesthesia or sedation with local anaesthetic

  • Recovery: Back to most activities in 1–2 weeks

  • Hospital stay: Day case – home the same day

Why people choose implants:

  • Long-lasting, natural-looking results

  • Improved balance and facial harmony

  • More youthful, defined features

  • A confidence boost that feels like “you, but enhanced”

Safety and recovery:

Like any surgery, implants carry some risks such as swelling, bruising, or implant movement, but serious complications are uncommon. We’ll support you every step of the way through your recovery.

Cheek Implants

Length of procedure: 1 hour

Anaesthesia: General anaesthetic or sedation with local anaesthetic

Recovery time: Back to most activities in 1 week, full recovery in a few weeks

Hospital stay: Day case – home the same day

Do you feel your cheeks look a little flat or hollow? Cheek implants can restore volume and definition, helping your face look more balanced and youthful.

Why people choose cheek implants:

  • Add fullness to flat or sunken cheeks

  • Create natural-looking lift and contour

  • Restore youthful proportions

  • Boost self-confidence

What to expect: The procedure usually takes about an hour. Small incisions are made inside the mouth or through the inner part of the eyelid (so no visible scars). Most people go home the same day and can return to normal activities within a week.

Risks to consider: Temporary swelling, bruising, and tenderness are common. Rare risks include infection or implant movement — but serious complications are uncommon.

Interested in bringing back natural fullness to your cheeks? Book a consultation to discuss whether cheek implants are right for you.

Chin Implants

Length of procedure: 1 hour

Anaesthesia: General anaesthetic or sedation with local anaesthetic

Recovery time: Back to most activities in 1 week, full recovery in a few weeks

Hospital stay: Day case – home the same day

A small or “weak” chin can make the face look out of balance, especially in profile. A chin implant can create a stronger, more defined look that balances your features beautifully.

Why people choose chin implants:

  • Strengthens a recessed or small chin

  • Improves side profile and jawline definition

  • Balances facial proportions

  • Offers a permanent, natural-looking result

What to expect: The procedure usually takes around an hour. A small incision is made under the chin or inside the mouth to place the implant, so scarring is minimal. Most people are back to normal activities within a week.

Risks to consider: Temporary swelling, bruising, or numbness are common. Rarely, the implant can shift or infection may occur, but these are uncommon.

Want a stronger, more balanced profile? Book a consultation to find out if a chin implant is right for you.

Jaw Implants

Length of procedure: 1 hour

Anaesthesia: General anaesthetic or sedation with local anaesthetic

Recovery time: Back to most activities in 1 week, full recovery in a few weeks

Hospital stay: Day case – home the same day

A well-defined jawline frames the face and creates a strong, confident look. Jaw implants can enhance the shape and definition of your jaw, giving balance and structure to your features.

Why people choose jaw implants:

  • Create a stronger, sharper jawline

  • Improve overall facial balance and symmetry

  • Enhance confidence in both men and women

  • Permanent, natural-looking results

What to expect: Surgery takes about 1–2 hours. Incisions are usually made inside the mouth, so there are no visible scars. Most patients go home the same day, with initial recovery in 1–2 weeks.

Risks to consider: As with any surgery, there may be swelling, bruising, or temporary numbness. Rare risks include infection or implant movement, but these are uncommon.

Dreaming of a more defined jawline? Book a consultation to see how jaw implants could help you achieve it.

Temporal Implants

Length of procedure: About 1–1.5 hours

Anaesthesia: General anaesthetic or sedation with local anaesthetic

Recovery time: Back to most activities in 1 week, full recovery in a few weeks

Hospital stay: Day case – home the same day

Do you notice hollowing at the sides of your forehead, near the temples? This is a common sign of ageing or weight loss, and it can make the face look tired or gaunt. Temporal implants restore gentle fullness in this area, creating a softer, more youthful contour.

Why people choose temporal implants:

  • Fill out hollow or sunken temples

  • Restore balance between the forehead, eyes, and cheeks

  • Create a smoother, more youthful frame to the face

  • Offer a long-lasting solution compared to fillers

What to expect: The procedure usually takes around 1–1.5 hours. Incisions are hidden within the hairline, so scars are not noticeable. Most patients go home the same day and are back to light activities within a week.

Risks to consider: Temporary swelling, bruising, and tenderness are common in the first week. Rarely, there can be infection, implant shifting, or changes in sensation — but serious issues are uncommon.

Looking to soften and refresh your appearance? Book a consultation to see if temporal implants are the right choice for you.
